How to use the products

For the full length of the 10-week cycle, 1ml (250mg) of Sustanon 250 is taken 2 times per week (e.g., Monday & Thursday) resulting in 20ml in total.

To support hormonal function during the cycle, 2 pills of Nolvadex are taken weekly (e.g., Monday & Thursday) from week 5-10 of the cycle which means 10 pills will be taken altogether.
