How to use the products

For the full length of the 10-week cycle, 1ml (250mg) of Sustanon 250 is taken 2 times per week (e.g., Monday & Thursday) resulting in 20ml in total. To support hormonal function during the cycle, 2 pills of Nolvadex are taken weekly (e.g., Monday & Thursday) from week 5-10 of the cycle which means 10 pills will be taken altogether. However, these rules for use are standard and may differ for certain users. Therefore, more detailed instructions of the use of this cycle will be sent to you as soon as your products are delivered.
